About Us.

Who we are

Palladium Projects is a boutique development and construction firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California. Co-founded by Robert Zepeda and Jonathan Cook—industry veterans with a shared background in large-scale homebuilding and development—the company brings together decades of experience in project management, land acquisition, design, and sales. Robert, a licensed general contractor and UCLA-trained designer, leads Palladium’s architectural and interior design direction, ensuring every space is crafted with intention and detail. Jonathan, with deep expertise in real estate, entitlement, and city approvals, oversees development strategy and partnerships. Together, they combine creative vision with technical precision to deliver projects that are both timeless and meticulously executed.

Robert Zepeda:

After graduating college from CSULB in 2003, Robert worked for a developer as the head Project Manager. Robert had an interest in the building process of the unique projects and then acquired his GC license shortly after. Responsible for building over 500 homes during 2003-2016, Robert acquired his brokers license and began learning the process of land acquisition in off-market properties. Robert then decided to attend UCLA’s school of interior design and architecture to learn the business and to communicate better with Architects and designers. With all of his knowledge and experience, Robert now leads Palladium Development with all interior and architecture designs.

Jonathan Cook:

Jonathan graduated in 2003 from CSULB and worked for a developer as an in-house broker as the head of sales while facilitating escrows closing on over 500 homes from 2003-2016. He was instrumental in land acquisition and obtaining entitlements for new developments. Jonathan now uses these skills, years of experience in the industry and his extensive network of contacts to facilitate new developments for Palladium. Jonathan works hand in hand with our architects and civil engineers in the process of obtaining project approval from the city each project is based in.
